The work of transformation always implies an “other.” Partners in this path, with whom we form communities and who, as mirrors, allow us to see ourselves and grow.


The work overall, work with others, the forming of communities of learning that are sustained in interdependent practices and of co-inspiration, provoke nurturing educative programs for all who are linked to them.


“Doing”, then, is symbiotic and collaborative, a generator of new learning, and the structures which sustain it have particular ethical characteristics.


The ways of working together involve a special wisdom which permits the evolution of the whole system.
